Business Operations:
- Develop and improve the student-exclusive "Internship and Employment e-Platform."
- Conduct employer recruitment reviews and provide information on part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment opportunities.
- Organize employer information sessions, internship briefings, online job fairs, and other campus recruitment activities.
- Host career-related events (senior student experience-sharing sessions, industry trend seminars, resume writing workshops, mock interview workshops, workplace soft skills training sessions, labor rights seminars, etc.).
- Manage skills certification activities for enrolled students. Handle applications and execution for the Ministry of Labor’s Workforce Development Agency (North, Keelung, Yilan, Hsinchu, and Hualien Branch) "University-Industry Employment Service Subsidy Program."
- Handle applications and execution for the Ministry of Labor’s Workforce Development Agency (Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, and Taichung Branch) "University-Industry Employment Service Subsidy Program."
- Handle applications and execution for the Ministry of Education's Youth Development Agency program.
- Assist in conducting alumni employment and satisfaction surveys for 1, 3, and 5 years after graduation.
- Assist in conducting surveys and statistics on the employment and further education status of graduating students.
- Assist in conducting employer satisfaction and employment satisfaction surveys. Handle other ad-hoc tasks.
Employer Recruitment Needs:
Our university's employer recruitment process has been fully digitized. We offer free registration for employers on the "Career Development Platform " to post job openings as a recruitment channel. We welcome all employers to use this service.
(Due to campus space limitations, we are unable to allow external postings of advertisements on campus. Employers with recruitment needs are requested to post job openings online only.)
